Access Services
Mobility
CTC’s performance spaces, classrooms, restrooms, and administrative offices are all accessible according to ADA guidelines. Wheelchair and mobility accessible rows in both theatres can be accessed without using stairs. In the UnitedHealth Group Stage, Row O is accessible and in the Cargill Stage, Row A is accessible. Accessible restrooms are located in both of our lobbies. Please request wheelchair seating when booking your tickets so our ticket office associates can better serve you. Disability parking is available in multiple locations around the theatre.
ASL Interpretation
American Sign Language interpretation is offered at select performances.
Assistive Listening Devices
Both the UnitedHealth Group and Cargill Stages are equipped with Assistive Listening Devices for our patrons who require additional audio support in performances. Headsets are available to use free of charge at the Audience Support Station in the theatre lobbies. Consult your audiologist to answer questions about which audio cables you need to connect your hearing technology or cochlear implant to the ALD if you do not wish to use the provided headset.
Audio Description
Audio Description is offered at select Friday evening performances.
Blind or Low Vision
Large print programs and Sensory Tours are available upon request by contacting the Ticket Office. Certified service animals and guide dogs are permitted to assist our patrons.
Sensory Friendly Performances
CTC understands that patrons with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Sensory Processing Disorder have unique and varying sensory needs and sensitivities, as may individuals with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, anxiety, and other sensory, social, and cognitive disabilities and mental illnesses. At our Sensory Friendly performances, sensory modifications are balanced with preserving the engaging theatre experience desired by all children and families. Sensory Friendly programming was developed in partnership with Fraser, ByPercent and the Autism Society of Minnesota.
